1. Using ValidateFast.dev

ValidateFast.dev is a tournament-style marketplace for launching app ideas and products, gathering feedback, and measuring interest. By using the service, you agree to these terms and applicable law.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details secure, and be at least the minimum age required to enter a binding agreement where you live.

2. Submissions and ownership

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant ValidateFast.dev a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, reproduce, and promote that content as needed to operate the service and show projects in leaderboards.

You are responsible for having the rights to every logo, image, link, description, and other material you submit.

3. Community rules

Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, infringing, hateful, or malicious content. Do not manipulate votes, signups, traffic, or rankings using bots, duplicate accounts, spam, or other artificial methods.

We may remove content, limit accounts, or suspend access when we reasonably believe these rules or the security of the service have been compromised.

4. Leaderboards and validation signals

Leaderboard placement and validation signals are estimates based on activity on the platform. They are not guarantees of market demand, revenue, investment, traffic, or product success.

5. Links and third-party products

Projects may link to third-party websites or products. ValidateFast.dev is not responsible for their content, availability, security, or terms.

6. Availability and disclaimers

We work to keep the service reliable, but it is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that the service will meet every particular need.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ValidateFast.dev and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes and contact
